Last weekend Osmond Electronics was given the opportunity to deliver a quality concert stage sound system, festoons and necessary power means to the St. George Greek Festival. The festival featured the internationally acclaimed Fani Drakopoulou/Φανή Δρακοπούλουand Paris Karavasilis with a nine piece band from Greece. The support act comprised of Adelaide’s Oneiro Band featuring the guest appearance of Theo Skaltsas Klarino Soloist on his Clarinet. Another support act was the performance of Con Dalagiorgos’s School of Music with 20 young and old Bouzouki players playing simultaneously.
Our EV XLD 281 Line Array 6 way box with 3 EV QRX 18” subwoofers per side; catered perfectly to enhance the passion of the festival. All of which, was controlled by a Midas M32 Sound Desk and M32R desk. This year we supplied over 900 metres of traditional tungsten festoons, ultimately the use of these festoons glorified the vibe of the night. Through the use of our DQ Tri Truss and baseplates, we were able maintain high pivot points to cover the area within the festival.
